How alert rules work
A rule evaluates every incoming anomaly. An anomaly matches when all non-empty condition fields agree: detector type list, severity list, and endpoint list. When the match count reaches threshold within the window, an alert fires. Threshold 0 and window 0 mean "fire immediately on first match". Empty lists mean "match any" for that dimension.
